Course Modules

The IPCS course is broken down into 5 fortnightly modules.  Each module is 2.5 hours and includes training, group discussions and assigning tasks. You will be issued with all handouts, checklists and tools required  to complete tasks between modules. On completion of the 5 modules a robust documented management system will be in place. You will then be issued with an improvements programme to implement the standard  and put practice systems in place over the following 6 months before going for external certification.
